DRUDGE REPORT has just broke the news that Marvel is suing to revoke Spider-Man’s license from Sony!
Now, don’t ask me why Spidey’s license is so contested. It would seem to me that having a hot #1 movie after 14 years of previous legal wrassling would have sent the message “Shut up, make a movie and it’s like printing money!” But Marvel is suing Sony for fraud, which isn’t a small thing.
