It’s an intriguing, provocative piece filled with great casting ideas, like Jimmy Cagney as the Riddler and Basil Rathbone playing the Joker.
Wait! The Riddler didn’t appear until 1948!
And Orson Welles casting all these big expensive stars in every role? We do that now in our movies, but back then Welles liked to use people from the Mercury theater and the studio would have pushed people from their studio system.
And all of these actors are from different studios.
That’s right. This is a big hoax!
