Manos The Hands Of Fate is finally available on DVD.
We’re talking the original, not the MST3K version…although really, you HAVE to have Tom Servo and Crow with you to get through the movie without clawing out your eyes. (If you buy the MST3K DVD, it has the original on the other side.)
This is the movie with Torgo, the perverted assistant with the padded legs (they’re supposed to be goat legs). The “Torgo Walking” theme is interminable and yet fun, which is why there is a Torgo screensaver.
The movie is just plain awful, although it cannot match the pretension of “Plan 9.”
