In a fitting memorial to Rodney Dangerfield’s passing, Fox News has Rodney Dangerfield’s Famous One-Liners. Note the joke which Rodney’s own web site chose to run on the day of his death:
“I tell ya I get no respect from anyone. I bought a cemetery plot. The guy said, ‘There goes the neighborhood!”‘
Boy, I tell ya… no respect at all, not even from his own web site. Yeesh!
Rodney’s death wasn’t unexpected but it still feels like such a loss, since he was such a lively, enthusiastic person. I’ll miss him.
