Something funny from our message board’s discussion of Star Wars: Well now there’s a hitch in my plans…
May ’05 was the expiration date for the card Sherry used to buy my ticket (online) — she ordered the tickets on April 28th.
When I took the new card (different number) to the box office earlier this evening, it rang up nothing. We went back with the printed reciept and the bill from April with the purchase logged on it, and the manager signed her name to it….told me to bring it back tomorrow and show it to the ticket taker.
And I thought the idiots in line with costumes on were nerds. I have a freaking permission slip to see Star Wars.
