Must be an invisible dragon

I know I’ve said “52” would be better without the Renee Montoya/The Question story arc, but I didn’t expect them to follow my advice so hastily. It appears that this week they removed her story so fast they didn’t have time to take the promo text off the cover!

“Montoya fights a dragon!” it says, twice, on that little news ticker scroll. And that is nowhere to be found inside the issue!

Dang, I didn’t know I had this kind of power!

Ummm…52 would be better if it had Jessica Simpson naked.

Heh heh heh. Can’t wait for issue 40!

That’s some amazing power you have there, Hutch. You must use it for good, and not evil. And you shouldn’t use it exclusively to make DC Comics better. I know, I know, you’re a DC fan– but you gotta share the love!

Luckily, as Monitor Duty’s Official Marvel Contributor, I can help you use your power to improve the House of Ideas.

All you have to do is repeat the following and concentrate:

Marvel Comics would be better if Eugene Patilio, the Fabulous Frog-Man, got his own title, preferably written by J. M. DeMatties.
Ditto for Slapstick. And Darkhawk. And Silver Sable & Wild Pack. C’mon. They weren’t that bad.
Instead of Spider-Man having three or four titles, sales would increase if they brought Ben Reilly back to life and gave him his own title.
Take all the titles Brian Michael Bendis is writing, and give them to Fabian Nicieza. They might not sell as well, but at least the plot will move.
Marvel would have a better share of the mainstream market if they put out trade paperb– er, I mean, “graphic novels”– of the entire run of the Get-Along Gang.

C’mon, Michael– we’re counting on you!
