You owe me $2.50.
Oh, not that I want my money back or anything. Not at all! That was an awesome payoff and I couldn’t have figured it out in a million years even though in retrospect it makes total sense.
But I barfed all over the page and had to get a replacement copy.
Actually, I haven’t opened my new copy yet. Let’s take a look…
Oh great.
Now you owe me $5.
Remember the good old days when the monster at the end of the book was an embarrassed Grover?
Right now I’m reading both 52 and Justice. And to see that (spoiler alert)Mr. Mind is at the heart of both storylines is…intersting.
I realize that Alex Ross has set his story in the Silver Age where Wonder Woman was a founding member of the Justice League, and 52 is set in a universe where Wonder Woman and Black Canary were founding memebers of the Justice League (what?), but isn’t this a little redundant and overuse of Mr. Mind?
