My wife, the detective

Posted on January 12, 2006 by thehutch

Some of you may not know about the recent controversy over James Frey’s book “A Million Little Pieces.” It’s supposedly a dramatized account of his history of drug abuse and alcoholism and his stay at a Minnesota drug treatment facility (obviously meant to be Hazelden).

Ultimate showdown

Posted on January 10, 2006 by thehutch

This is a fun song (but disturbing) with PG-13 animation about the ultimate showdown between everyone in pop culture.

Farewell to Randy Lander

Posted on January 10, 2006 by thehutch

Randy Lander has stepped down from comic reviewing at the Fourth Rail. As someone who made a similar decision three years ago, I totally understand where he’s coming from and wish him the best. (Hat tip: Augie De Blieck Jr.’s Pipeline column)

Posted on January 9, 2006 by thehutch
