No real spoilers here if you haven’t seen Batman Begins yet. (Why haven’t you?)
In a tracking shot in the movie, the camera dolleys past intense, furrow-browed patients glaring through the small windows in their cells, and we see a couple guys lying on their beds.
Here’s my question: are any of them supposed to be specific Batman references that I’m not picking up on? One of them is female and thus is probably Pamela Iseley, but aside from that I couldn’t detect any particulars.

One was Zsazz…
I saw Batman Begins on Friday and was wondering about the same thing. I was hoping we’d see some cameos like in X Men. But then, my knowledge of the Batman rogues gallery isn’t that extensive (an no-one wore anything resembling costumes), so I just didn’t recognise anyone.
It seems to me that future films will establish that the crazy villains who take over the rackets in Gotham show up due to being experimented upon by Dr. Jonathan Crane (aka the Scarecrow) while he was running (or an administrator) at Arkham. So that is why they have their quirks.
I would enjoy this explanation as a central focus point to explain away, say, the Joker, the Mad Hatter, et al.
So, at this point in time, the Scarecrow was the only crazy villain.
