Val Staples of MV Creations, which recently switched to CrossGen as producer for their comic line, discusses how MV Creations has the rights to the video game properties “Dragon’s Lair” and “Space Ace.”
It’s been TWENTY years since those games came out. I wonder how many people know about them. They were laserdisk games that used full animation and skipped around the disk based on players’ input using the four-directional joystick and button(s). They were absolutely wonderful to watch, but expensive and almost unplayable. Maybe they will work better as comic books! (There is preview art in the article, and it’s stunning.)
