Okay, this is kind of a cheat on my part in order to hit my “post every day in June” vow. A list of the total rollout.

I’ll have more detailed reactions, but for now I’m holding my tongue. The world doesn’t need one more griping fanboy on the Internet. Not today. I will only say the following:
- A bunch of these will be very short runs. (That’s not exactly going out on a limb, obviously.) If Red Lanterns, Frankenstein: Agent of SHADE and I, Vampire last a year, I’ll be surprised.
- Remember when Wonder Woman and Superman (Adventures of Superman) reverted to their Golden Age numbering because the bloom was off the rose of their 1980s relaunches? Yeah, you only get a brief thrill from a “New #1”, and then you’re stuck with a book with low numbering instead of the milestones you could be reaching. This latest round will be even shorter. There is NO WAY DC will not be celebrating the #1000 issues of Action and Detective. I will bet $100, and there isn’t a single person reading this who would take that bet.
- Ted Kord and Ralph and Sue Dibny are still dead. And if they weren’t, they’d probably be totally revamped in a way that I’d despise, so they’re the lucky ones.
